Dominik Perisa is Partner & COO at b2venture, working across the early stage funds and Direct Investment activities to ensure the firm creates maximum impact for its founders, investors and other stakeholders.

Before joining b2venture, Dominik was Partner at Rivus Capital, where he led early-stage investments in climate tech, mobility, logistics, proptech, energy, and other impact-driven sectors, while heading the firm’s Berlin office.

He previously spent several years at Cherry Ventures, where his worked spanned across several topics including structuring and scaling multiple fund vintages, portfolio management, investor relations, venture development, M&A and IPO cases, as well as structuring debt financings.

Dominik started his career as Investment Professional at CMP Capital Management Partners, a private equity firm specialized in turnaround and special situations, where he built his interest in the intersection of transformation and tech.

He holds an MSc in Finance from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, specializing in private equity, venture capital, and M&A.
