Felix Zwart is the research and policy director of NVP, the Dutch Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. Previously he was with a Dutch private equity firm and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has a keen interest in tech, regulation, financial services and public policy. He holds degrees in sociology and economics from Utrecht University, and is currently working on a PhD on the history of Dutch private equity and venture capital at the Rotterdam School of Management.
