Joined in May 2018. Henrik is overall responsible for all legal, structuring and tax affairs at Nordic Capital Advisors, as well as for overseeing alignment with Fund Operations in Luxembourg and Jersey, and for Nordic Capital’s Family Office. Since joining, he has built a well-integrated and high-calibre legal and tax function, and has also been driving the transformation of Fund Operations as well as established Nordic Capital's Family Office. He joined from Mannheimer Swartling, where he spent eleven years with a strong focus on private equity and was a partner of the M&A group and Head of Transaction Structuring. Henrik has been ranked as a leading lawyer in Private Equity by Chambers, Rising Star by Euromoney LMG Europe, Future 40 - The next leaders of private equity by Private Equity International, and GC Powerlist by Legal 500. Henrik holds an LL.M. from Uppsala University.
