Karine has more than 20 years of experience in the private equity industry. She joined BNP Paribas Securities Services in April 2018. She is Deputy Head of Private Capital and Global Head of Products & Solution Private Capital, based in Paris.

Karine worked 13 years in Ardian (formerly AXA Private Equity) where her last position was Global Chief Financial Officer in charge of the Management Company Group Finance and Fund Financial Control of Ardian Funds (LBO, Venture, growth, Coinvest, Privte Debt, Infrastructure, Fund of Funds). She had joined AXA Private Equity in 2002 as Senior Financial Officer in the Venture Front office team, before joining the Finance Departement of AXA Private Equity in management control function and then as Head of Middle office.

She has expertise both in corporate finance and funds financial control across all private capital activities (e.g. LBO, Growth, co-investment, Private Debt, private equity fund of funds …)
