Laurence is Chief Financial Officer & Head of Operations. Before joining Eurazeo, Laurence worked at Korian as Deputy CEO for the French market, and in early 2019 she was appointed Associate Director of Valtus, a leading interim management/transformation company.

Previously, she worked at American Express Business Travel as Chief Financial Officer, then joined JCDecaux in 2008, where she served as Chief Financial Officer for France and then Director of Finance, Asset Management, and Offer Deployment.

She began her career in the audit department at Ernst & Young, where she worked until 2004 as Senior Manager. She is also a director at the DFCG Foundation (association of financial directors and management controllers) and chairman of the CFO Partners Network of France Invest.

Laurence holds a postgraduate degree in Strategy, Planning, and Control and a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Science and Technology (MSTCF) from Paris-Dauphine University. She is a certified public accountant.
