Mark is the Chief Compliance Officer of Lightrock. Prior to joining Lightrock, Mark was the Senior Compliance Manager at LeapFrog Investments, an emerging markets impact investor. Mark has also held roles at Goldman Sachs and Investec plc. He started his compliance career as a financial crime investigator at the Financial Conduct Authority. Mark holds an LLB and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Applied Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa and was admitted as an Attorney in South Africa.
