Roland is Visionaries Club's CFO and in charge of all financial, operational, legal and human resource matters and supports portfolio founders in defining their finance strategy & teams. Prior to Visionaries Club, Roland spent 5 years at Moonfare, a private markets investment platform, where he was an early employee and helped scale the business from 5 to 200 people and to >€2bn in AUM out of >60 funds. At Moonfare, Roland built and oversaw the finance and fund operations teams. Roland also spent 9 years in the transaction advisory team at EY both in Germany and in San Francisco, mainly advising PE clients on technology deals.
