Jos Seligman has 18+ years’ real estate investment and fund management experience, including nine at Swiss Life AM UK since joining in February 2015.

Jos has transacted over £2bn in UK real estate across diverse geographies, sectors and risk profiles in equity and debt. On behalf of domestic and pan-European capital Jos has led Swiss Life Asset Managers’ entry into residential markets in the UK. He has been the manager of a residential debt Fund since 2016.

Jos has an MBA from the University of Cambridge, an MSc in Real Estate Finance from Cass Business School, a History MA from the University of St Andrews and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
