Anne-Marie leads the PE focused team in our Tech and Transformation practice, bringing the best of the Deloitte consulting tools, methodologies and accelerators to the PE market.

She has over 30 years professional services experience. Following training at Arthur Andersen she moved to a boutique restructuring house where she subsequently completed an MBO before it was sold to CVC backed AlixPartners. At AlixPartners she was an MD in the corporate advisory and operational improvement team. More recently she was the transformation director at Agilitas PE. She joined Deloitte in the March 2023.

Selected transaction experience

• As operating partner at Agilitas she lead transformations of businesses into new adjacencies using a thorough understanding of the USP of the operations to leverage new markets. This lead to organic growth in sectors, such as water, healthcare, DTC and B2B and waste management.

• Lead value creation operational improvements for a PE backed global service business which was developing digital and technical skills to augment and replace locations and improve customer services.
