Baudouin is a General Partner at Karista, a Venture and Growth firm established since 2001, investing across Europe in Healthcare and Technology.

Being with Karista since 2014 he focuses on HealthTech investments, targeting mainly European Growth stage companies that make use of modern software and devices to improve the delivery of care and the development of medical products.

He is representing Karista at the board of several portfolio companies including Implicity (Remote Patient Monitoring, France), MoveUP (Real-World Data, Belgium), Kranus Health (Digital Therapies, Germany), BrightFlow (Cardiac Assistance, France), Deemea (AI for Imaging in clinical studies, France).

Baudouin graduated from ESSEC Business School and holds a MSc in Engineering from the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC). He is also an alumnus in Engineering from University of Waterloo (Canada).
