Cécile Belaman joined Bain Capital in 2008. She is a Partner on the Europe Investor Relations team. Bain Capital is one of the world’s leading private investment firms with more than $185B assets under management and 24 offices globally.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Cécile was with Morgan Stanley for nine years, most recently as Head of Global Fundraising for the Private Equity Fund of Funds business. Prior to 2003, she was a financial sponsor coverage officer for Morgan Stanley, overseeing investment banking relationships with private equity firms, including Bain Capital. Cécile also worked for the financial sponsors group at JPMorgan and for HVS International.

Cécile graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science and from London City University with a Master’s in Real Estate Finance.

Cécile is a Co-Founder of Level 20, a non-profit organisation focused on improving gender diversity in the private equity industry.

Cécile is also a member of the IR Committee for the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (BVCA) and a Trustee Emeritus for Orchid Project, a charity dedicated to ending FGM/C.
