Sascha is managing partner at SHS, the growth buyout firm focused on healthcare based in the DACH region. As primary investor, SHS Capital focuses on fast growing medtech and pharma supplier companies mainly in the DACH region. SHS exited its growth buyout investments at a money multiple of ~5x.

Sascha joined SHS in 2018 after 20 years in corporate finance and M&A as well as in investing. He sits on the boards of several medtech and pharma supplier companies. On top, Sascha is in charge of fundraising as well as of exit management.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family as well as exercising different sports with a passion for Muay Thai.
