Toni is the CEO and a Founding Partner of OMMAX, responsible for the overall strategic development, financial management, and organizational growth of the firm, leading OMMAX on its mission to build digital and AI-enabled leaders across industries.

He advises international corporates, mid-market companies, and private equity investors on digital transformation and AI-driven value creation. With over 15 years of experience, he has delivered 500+ projects across digital strategy, operational excellence, data science, AI implementation, and transaction advisory, including 150+ commercial, digital, and tech due diligence engagements.

As a returning speaker at SuperReturn and other international stages, Toni is recognized for his expertise in leveraging AI and data to drive sustainable growth and measurable enterprise value. He also regularly lectures at the University of Münster and the University of Mannheim.

Prior to founding OMMAX, he held roles at Rocket Internet, DWS (Deutsche Bank Group), and Transfer Partners. He holds an M.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Mannheim.
