We are moving away from invoice/wire transfer options for all our events, all registrations must be completed with credit card at check out if under $5,000. Once completed your will receive a paid invoice within 1-2 days and access to ConnectMe within 24 hours if open.

There will be no session recordings available.

Prayer Rooms are located within Tokyo Midtown, which is directly connected to our hotel.There is a women's prayer room on the 1st floor and a men's prayer room on the 3rd floor. It takes approximately 3-5 minutes on foot from hotel, and the facilities are available from 11:00 to 23:00. Here is a link - https://en.tokyo-midtown.com/floor/1f/

A Mother's room will be available throughout the week. It is located at the Salon within the 1F banquet area on the 1st Floor. Please speak to a member of the events team if you need access to it onsite.

All breaks and lunches will include at least one vegan and veggie option. If you require a Kosher Meal, please notify a member of the event team.
