Mr. Endo joined Tokio Marine Asset Management (TMAM) in 2017. His responsibilities include investment analysis, due diligence, investment monitoring, performance analysis, client reporting, and client servicing.

Prior to joining TMAM, he worked as a Senior Director at A-FIVE, a venture capital　sponsored by Japanese government focusing on startups in food and agribusiness sectors, before spending seventeen years in Mizuho Bank, where he took various positions from Corporate Advisory to PE Investment, but spent most of his career in LBO Finance both in Tokyo and NY. He received a BA in law from Waseda University and a MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
