How do I register for a free LP pass?
Free for LPs from the following organisations: banks, corporate investors, development finance institutions, endowments, family offices, foundations, insurance companies, investment consultants, pension funds, RIAs and sovereign wealth funds subject to qualification.
Please note you need to be a member of the LP’s investment team and your primary focus should be investing in GP funds. Max 3 passes per organisation.

How do I register for a press pass?
SuperReturn welcomes journalists, reporters, radio personalities, photographers, film crews, and other members of the traditional news media at our conferences and events.

How do I see a list of attendees?
Our attendee list is shared via the Connect desktop and app-based platform exactly three weeks before the main conference first day.
You will receive an email on this date with your login instructions.

Do you have discounted hotel rooms?
We are offering a discounted rate for rooms at nearby hotels.
Book your accommodation here. We encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment.
Are the sessions recorded?
Sessions will not be recorded for this event.
Can I claim CPD points against my attendance?
SuperReturn Middle East is a CPD certified event. Attendees can request a CPD certificate after attending the event. For further information on CPD certification please visit: http://www.cpduk.co.uk
Will presentation slides/handouts be made available post event?
Presentation slides will be shared post event where permission has been granted by speakers. There will be no handouts at the event. These are available to view in the Delegate Bag on the ConnectMe app.

How can I amend my details?
Please contact info.events@informa.com along with your full name, company name, and the details of the amendment.
How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds take 4-6 weeks to process.
Can I split my pass with someone else?
Your pass cannot be split or shared between attendees under any circumstances.
Do you provide invoice options?
We are moving away from invoice/wire transfer options for all our events, all registrations must be completed with credit card at check out if under £5,000. Once completed your will receive a paid invoice within 1-2 days and access to ConnectMe within 24 hours if open.
If you can’t pay by credit card for payments up to £5,000, please contact gf-registrations@informa.com.

Do you offer early bird tickets?
Yes, please refer to our booking page for early bird pricing.
When will the session recordings be posted to Streamly after the event?
There will be no session recordings availlable.
Prayer room
A Prayer Room will be available throughout the week. Please speak to a member of the events team if you need access to it onsite.
Mother's room
A Mother's room will be available througout the week. Please speak to a member of the events team if you need access to it onsite.
Dietary options
All breaks and lunches will include at least one vegan and veggie option.
Networking opportunities
When does the app open?
The app launches 3 weeks prior to the event on Tuesday 22 September.
When does the app close?
The app closes two weeks after the event on 30th October 2026.
Will I be able to book a meeting table at the event? Where is the ConnectMe networking lounge?
You can book meeting tables in ConnectMe lounge via the ConnectMe event app. It is located in the event foyer, see the signage onsite.
Are there any recordings or photographs, social media assets I can have access to after the event?
All event photographs will be avaliable 1-2 weeks post event, and will be avaliable here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/superreturn/albums/
Where can I sign up to receive event photos by the photographer?
There will be no SpotMyPhotos available at this event.
Are InvestorInsights only available for sponsors of the event?

Can I bring my family?
Only registered attendees can attend the event.
What are the weather conditions in Dubai? Is there anything I need to remember to bring with me?
October temperatures in Dubai range from 92° F / 35° C to 72° F / 25° C, with about 10 hours of sunlight per day.
Do I need a VISA to enter? If so, do you support delegates with this process?
Please note that holders of certain passports may need to apply for a visa in order to attend the event.
