Akshay Arora is the Founder and CEO of Euphoria Capital Partners, where he leads the firm's strategy across private equity secondaries, venture capital investments, and institutional advisory. A founder-turned-investor, Akshay brings a unique combination of operating experience, cross-border dealmaking expertise, and a deep network of family offices, strategic investors, and institutional LPs across the Middle East, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

Over the past decade, he has built and scaled multiple companies, leading them from inception to exit, and has since transitioned into private markets investing. Akshay has been involved in over USD 750 million in capital raises, working alongside global family offices, institutional investors, and sovereign-linked institutions. His experience spans direct investments, venture debt, growth capital, and LP/GP advisory, with a strong focus on technology, climate, and emerging-market opportunities.

As an active investor, Akshay has originated and executed more than 45 private-market transactions across venture capital, private equity, and structured capital. His operator background - combined with a strong understanding of financial structuring, capital formation, and strategic growth - enables him to work effectively with both founders and institutional allocators. He is also deeply embedded in the regional investment ecosystem through relationships with leading investors, banks, and placement platforms.

At Euphoria Capital Partners, Akshay leads direct venture investments, secondaries strategy, and the firm's global family-office advisory platform.
