Arash Saidi is the Chief Executive Officer of Cypher Capital, a multi-asset investment manager investing across digital assets, AI infrastructure and private equity. He leads the firm's expansion beyond its digital asset foundations into a multi-asset platform - spanning the Digital Multi-Strategy Fund, institutional access to AI infrastructure opportunities developed by the group's affiliate, Storm Group, and differentiated private equity investments targeting the technologies reshaping the real economy, led by artificial intelligence and robotics.

An investment and legal executive with more than 20 years' experience across the Middle East, Europe and Australia, Arash previously served as Cypher Capital's General Partner and Chief Legal Officer, leading investment structuring and execution across the group's investment management and AI infrastructure businesses and the formation of its fund platform.

He was previously General Counsel of GFH Financial Group, the Bahrain-based investment bank with approximately US$22 billion in assets under management, where he worked on investments across infrastructure, real estate and logistics in the GCC, Europe and the United States, and most recently served as Chief Legal Officer of M2, the UAE-based digital asset investment platform, where he led its licensing by the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority and the Securities Commission of The Bahamas.

Previously, whilst in private practice, Arash was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of England & Wales. He holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business degrees from Queensland University of Technology, Australia.
