Avanthi Shah is the Founder and Managing Partner of NextVerse Ventures, a Silicon Valley-based venture firm inves ng in seed-stage companies at the convergence of ar ficial intelligence and quantum technologies. She brings more than 25 years of experience as a technologist, operator and entrepreneur, including building technology ventures, advising Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organiza ons, and leading teams of approximately 200 engineers.

For more than nine years, Avanthi has par cipated in venture investment commi ees, evalua ng early stage companies and transla ng technical breakthroughs into commercially viable businesses. Her investment perspec ve focuses on the enabling layers of deep technology and on opportuni es that can create value before fault-tolerant quantum computing reaches scale.
