Eva Kazanskaia is a senior investment and business development executive with over 15 years of experience in cross-border investments, infrastructure and strategic partnerships across the GCC and international markets. Based in the UAE for over a decade, she has extensive experience working with sovereign wealth funds, government institutions, family offices, IFIs and institutional investors.

Eva has extensive experience in originating, structuring and negotiating large-scale energy and infrastructure investments, including a landmark USD 1.3 billion sovereign-backed renewable energy project, and has led the development of approximately 1 GW of utility-scale solar projects across the Middle East and CIS.

Her experience spans sovereign and structured financing, project finance, private capital and cross-border investment structures, with a particular focus on connecting government priorities with institutional capital. She is currently involved in data centre and infrastructure transactions across the GCC, at the intersection of rapidly growing AI-driven electricity demand, energy security and large-scale infrastructure investment.

Eva is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program and holds a Master’s degree from MGIMO University with a focus on energy and international affairs.
