Fadi Moussalli is an Executive Director in the UAE Capital Markets team which focuses on GCC and Levant based investors with their investments in the region. With 30 years of experience in capital markets, Fadi leads a team dedicated to advise investors aiming to build manage and exit their real estate exposure locally, regionally and internationally.

Working with and extending the reach of the existing JLL global Capital Markets teams, Fadi’s mandate is to originate and execute transaction mandates in excess of US$50 million, and to promote relevant capital solutions to the firm’s client base. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in January 2007, Fadi was an MD at BNP Paribas London where his job encompassed fixed income securities origination as well as senior debt raising within the Middle East and North Africa. Fadi worked on several high profile emerging markets structured bond mandates including raising capital for interest rate and credit derivatives products. During this time, Fadi developed an extensive network of contacts with Middle Eastern investors including Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Government bodies and Family offices.
