Ivan spent over a decade in London across investment banking, direct investing, and capital allocation before returning to Singapore in 2021 to launch AFG Partners. AFG is a venture capital fund investing in global enterprise companies seeking to commercialise with corporates and financial institutions in Asia, leveraging its global network to access oversubscribed rounds across the US, Europe, and Israel.

Prior to launching AFG Partners, Ivan was an investor at Ace & Company in London, a global multi-asset investment firm with $2.0bn AUM, where he led the venture capital strategy across early to growth-stage technology companies. His notable exits include Airbnb, Wise, and GoCardless, with other investments spanning N26, Monzo, V7, Baz, Fifth Dimension, and Wefox, among others.
