Konstantin joined Finsight as an Associate in 2019. Prior to that Konstantin worked at SberX - Russian biggest bank division responsible for digital ecosystem strategy and help multiple analyst roles at Russian biggest companies. In Finsight he focuses on late-stage and pre-IPO companies coverage and screening.

A member of the Board of Directors at Uzum, a diversified Uzbek technology company specialising in e-commerce, delivery services, and digital banking. In 2024, Uzum became Uzbekistan's first-ever tech 'unicorn', reaching a valuation of over $1 billion, which subsequently rose to $1.5 billion in 2025.
