Larisa B. Miller is the Founder and CEO of Phoenix Global, an international advisory firm serving governments, sovereign-linked institutions, family offices and Fortune 500 corporations in over thirty countries. She is Co-Founder and Principal of Provenance Family Advisory, which advises family enterprises and family offices on governance, succession and long-term strategy.

She spent over a decade in the Gulf advising families, governments and companies, and works across the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Her practice covers business expansion into new markets and public-private partnership, with depth in agriculture, food security, transportation and technology. She helps principals, boards and ministers decide where to operate, how to govern what they build, and how to stay relevant in the next era of business.

Miller is co-author of The Fourth Industrial Revolution and Its Impact on Ethics (Springer) and The Rising Role of Women in Family Offices and Family Businesses (Globe Law and Business).
