Marcio Adib Zarzur is Founding Partner of Blue Bird Family Office, a single family office based in Abu Dhabi. He leads capital allocation across public and private markets, with a focus on alternatives, real assets and cross-border investment between Latin America and the Middle East.

He began his career in private wealth and investment banking at UBS, Credit Suisse, BTG Pactual and Merrill Lynch, and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. He was also on the founding team of DOMO.VC, an early-stage Brazil-focused venture fund. He currently sits on the boards of Blue Bird Holdings and Oikos, a São Paulo based multi-family office.

His family has been active across Brazilian real estate, banking and commodities for several generations. The capital now managed through Blue Bird sits within that broader lineage, with a long-term horizon across global markets.

Marcio is a member of the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle and a two-time speaker at FII in Riyadh.
