Ana is our Value Creation Officer and joined the team in 2026.

Prior to joining iCON, Ana held positions in value creation at Marlin Equity Partners as portfolio operations director where she was responsible for driving asset value across portfolio and at A&M where she worked in transformation, post-merger integration, and operational due diligence. Ana is primarily focused on overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Ana holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD (Singapore/France) and bachelors degree in Economics from Insper (Brazil).
