Arnaud Houette co-founded Extens in 2014 and leads the firm’s operational value creation strategy for portfolio companies. He began his career at Air Liquide, where he held various strategic positions over twelve years, notably in Southeast Asia. In 2004, he became CEO of CapsuleTech, a provider of hospital data management software, and built the world leader in medical device connectivity, notably in the US where Capsule became the dominant player through partnerships with Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, McKesson, GE, Philips and many others. The company was later acquired by Philips.

Arnaud is a graduate of AgroParisTech.
