Elena currently chairs Audit Committees across healthcare, real-estate development, agriculture, and manufacturing organisations with combined annual revenues £2 billion. Her work focuses on financial sustainability, major capital investment, operational performance, and governance in complex and regulated environments. She brings extensive commercial experience from private equity and international industrial businesses, including financial leadership, business transformation, and value creation.
