Johannes joined FSN Capital as an Operating Director in Finance in 2022. Previously, he has worked in both Consulting and industry where he gained a comprehensive experience in Finance and Business transformation. During his time in consulting, Johannes helped several clients with their Finance Transformations and the improvement of their Finance Operating Models in Germany, Europe and the USA. During his time at Freudenberg as a Senior Finance Director, he drove both the implementation of a new Finance Operating Model for EMEA and governed the company-wide Global Process Management Organization. Johannes holds an MSc. in Finance from the University of Regensburg, Germany.
