Jérôme is a Partner & Head of Portfolio Operations, based in Milan. Jérôme has more than 30 years of experience across consulting, direct management and private equity, with deep expertise in value creation, operational transformation and digital initiatives, including artificial intelligence enablement and cybersecurity. Most notably, he was instrumental in establishing KKR Capstone in Europe - one of the pioneering portfolio operations platforms in the private equity industry - as a member of its leadership team for close to a decade. He later served as a Partner and a Managing Partner at BC Partners having started his professional career outside academia at McKinsey. Jérôme holds a PhD in theoretical physics from McGill University and an MBA from INSEAD. He speaks French (native) and English (fluent).
