Pierre Klemas is Chief Sustainability Officer at Stirling Square Capital Partners, where he leads the integration of sustainability and responsible investment across the investment lifecycle and portfolio value creation.

A physics engineer by training, Pierre has more than 20 years of experience spanning engineering, energy, infrastructure, corporate sustainability and sustainable finance. His career includes senior roles at Technip and EDF Renouvelables, before moving into private equity with Ardian and subsequently Stirling Square.

He works closely with investment and management teams to identify material sustainability risks and opportunities and translate them into practical value creation initiatives. His focus is on embedding sustainability into business strategy and operations to strengthen resilience, improve performance and support long-term value creation.
