With over 20 years of experience in technology, software and digital transformation, Raphaël has worked at the intersection of business, technology and innovation, with a particular focus on the insurance industry. His approach is hands-on: moving AI beyond proof-of-concept and embedding it into real products, processes and operations.

At Cleva, he drives ClevAI, the company's agentic AI offering, alongside intelligent document processing and AI-assisted software configuration. He also leads the adoption of AI-assisted development across engineering teams and steers the company's AI governance framework, including its AI Charter and EU AI Act readiness, helping insurers turn emerging technologies into practical, scalable capabilities.
