Sylvie Matz is an Independent Operating Partner working alongside private equity firms and family offices across the full investment journey, from due diligence and value creation planning to execution and exit preparation. Blending deal experience with INSEAD organizational psychology insight, she leverages culture as a growth engine. Sylvie is a seasoned investor and operator with 35 years’ experience across multiple cycles. She was a Partner at TDR Capital and held C-level roles at GE and Thales. She has worked across the US, UK, Europe, China and Australia, as well as her home country, France. She is also a Senior Advisor to Sweef Capital, an impact investor backing growth companies in Southeast Asia. A certified Non-Executive Director (IFA), Sylvie holds an INSEAD Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change and degrees from ISG and EHESS. She is currently studying Agentic AI at MIT
