Ms. Grad is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Development of 5C. Prior to joining 5C, Ms. Grad was Vice Chair and Chief Client Officer of Golub Capital, responsible for global client development, client and product strategy, and strategic investor relationships across the institutional and private wealth markets. Over her 15-year tenure leading the firm’s capital raising efforts, Golub’s capital under management grew from $3 billion in 2009 to over $60 billion in 2024. She has more than 20 years’ experience leading global capital formation for alternative and credit-related investments. Prior to joining Golub, she worked in senior capacities for both private debt and hedge fund platforms and began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Ms. Grad holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
