Ms. Grad is Head of Capital Development at 5C Investment Partners, a private credit investment platform focused on direct lending and capital solutions strategies. 5C was founded in 2024 by Tom Connolly and Michael Koester, two former leaders of the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. At 5C, she is responsible for building and leading client partnerships and client solutions globally.

Prior to joining 5C, Ms. Grad was Vice Chair and Chief Client Officer of Golub Capital where she oversaw global business development, client product strategy, and strategic investor relationships across institutional and private wealth markets. Over her 15-year tenure leading Golub’s global capital raising, capital under management grew from $3 billion to over $60 billion.

Ms. Grad has more than 20 years’ experience leading capital formation, collaborating closely with investors and intermediaries through established relationships across alternative investments. Previously she worked in senior capacities for both private debt and hedge fund platforms and began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Ms. Grad holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
