Anna Monaco is the Founder and CEO of Paradigm, an AI agent platform that helps enterprise teams turn fragmented internal and external data into verified research and action. Teams deploy thousands of agents simultaneously to research companies and people, analyze documents and transactions, and monitor changes—powering workflows from deal origination and diligence to go-to-market and CRM enrichment.

Before founding Paradigm, Anna studied computer science at the University of Pennsylvania, worked across software engineering and product at Google and Microsoft, and bootstrapped an earlier company. Paradigm has raised $10 million from General Catalyst, Y Combinator, and others, and Anna was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 list in AI.

Today, Paradigm is deployed in production across more than 20,000 users. Its enterprise customers span leading banks, consulting firms, private equity and private credit firms, and AI-native technology companies.
