Calvin Marks is a Managing Director on the investment team at Felicitas Global Partners, LLC ("FGP"), a private credit investment manager specializing in small-sized NAV lending and structured credit opportunities for North American borrowers. FGP manages commingled investment funds on behalf of a predominantly U.S. institutional investor base, with approximately $821 million in regulatory assets under management as of June 30, 2026. The firm has a team of 12 professionals across its offices in Pasadena, California, and Toronto, Canada.

Prior to joining FGP, Calvin spent five years on the investment team at Overbay Capital Partners, a Toronto-based private equity secondaries investment firm. He began his career in corporate development at ION Investment Group, a TA Associates portfolio company, where he focused on corporate strategy and M&A for middle-market financial technology companies.

Calvin received his education from the University of Toronto and resides in Toronto with his wife and children.
