Daniel Oudiz brings over 18 years of experience in structured finance and capital markets.

He most recently served as Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey in the Capital Solutions group, where he advised private equity and corporate clients on structured capital raises.

Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade at Deutsche Bank in roles across Global Credit & Financing Solutions and the Financial Institutions Group, as well as in M&A coverage for France.

Daniel began his career at Goldman Sachs in the FICC Advisory Group of the Securities Department. He holds a Master’s in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis International Business School and a Maitrise des Sciences de Gestion from Université Paris Dauphine.
