Mr. Persico is a Senior Managing Director on Cerberus’s Asset Backed Opportunities team. He began his career at Merrill Lynch before joining GCM Grosvenor Capital Management, where he served on both the portfolio management and investment teams, focusing on credit and arbitrage strategies. He later held senior roles as Chief Operating Officer of Briarwood Chase Management, LLC, and Head of Business Development at Tilden Park Capital Management LP. Prior to joining Cerberus, he was a Managing Director at Littlejohn & Co., where he led capital formation for the firm’s structured capital and direct lending initiatives. Mr. Persico holds a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Emory University.
