Prior to joining StepStone, Mr. Gipkhin was an investment banking analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where he worked on a variety of M&A, debt and equity transactions for clients in the industrials space.

Mr. Gipkhin received his BS in finance and accounting from Indiana University.
