Mr. Gipkhin is a member of the private debt team. Prior to joining StepStone, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity transactions for clients in the industrials space.

Mr. Gipkhin received his BS in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University.
