Jackson Craig is a Managing Director and Co-Head of H.I.G. Bayside, U.S. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction structuring, financing, and post-closing growth strategies.Jackson brings over 20 years of experience in private equity investing. Before joining H.I.G. Bayside, Jackson spent 10 years with DDJ Capital Management, a leading middle-market high yield debt and private equity firm. While at DDJ, he co-managed the private equity strategy. Jackson also sat on the board of directors of several DDJ portfolio companies. Prior to DDJ, Jackson worked with Morgan Stanley as a research analyst on the special situations trading desk.Jackson earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
