Jason Ziegler

Mr. Ziegler has over 25 years of experience in credit and structured products and currently serves as Head of Client Portfolio Management at CIFC Asset Management. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Ziegler was Senior Director of Structured Products at ORIX USA, where he managed the firm’s $500 million Structured Product portfolio spanning CLOs, RMBS, and ABS. Earlier in his career, he was a Director at Highland Capital Management, where he invested firm capital in CLO debt and equity. Mr. Ziegler began his career at Banc of America Securities LLC, where he was part of the Global Structured Finance division, structuring Single-Seller Conduit programs of up to $25 billion and managing the bank’s interest rate swap exposure across securitized asset classes. Mr. Ziegler holds a BBA in Business Management and an MBA from Winthrop University.
