Jay joined the company in 2025 with 25 years of experience. Prior to joining DWS, he was Head of the Commercial Mortgage Loan Group within the Alternatives platform at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he oversaw a team responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing commercial mortgage loans in the U.S. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Jay was a Director at Citigroup, covering mortgage banking accounts and directing institutional clients.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
