Ms. Sodhi leads BNY’s Capital Introductions capabilities, where she drives the firm’s global strategy to connect hedge fund and alternative asset managers with a curated network of institutional investors and wealth intermediaries. In this commercial role, she helps firms raise assets by accelerating differentiated investor access, improving fund visibility in a saturated market, and delivering actionable investor intelligence.

Her role sits at the intersection of capital formation, relationship management, and enterprise sales. Ms. Sodhi partners closely with alternative asset managers to deepen their engagement across BNY’s capabilities to support a fund throughout its lifecycle.

Prior to BNY, Ms. Sodhi held senior roles in investor relations and capital formation at private credit firms including TCW (Trust Company of the West) and CAVU Securities and she began her career at PwC and Accenture. Ms. Sodhi holds a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from the University of Connecticut and is also a Certified Yoga Instructor.
