Peter Gargiulo is a Senior Director within Fitch Ratings’ Funds and Asset Management group’s New York team. In his current role, Peter is responsible for assigning and maintaining ratings, developing rating methodologies and publishing research for fixed income funds, closed-end fund leverage, alternative investment fund finance and collateralized fund obligations. Prior to joining Fitch, Peter worked at Kroll Ratings and Standard & Poor’s in various analytical roles, covering fixed income funds and private & public placement fund leverage transactions, broadly. Peter has his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola College in Maryland.
