Rahmila Nadi is the Founder and President of Women Leading AI, a nonprofit advancing responsible AI adoption, with particular strength in investment management, financial services, and the governance of AI-enabled decision-making.

She brings nearly 20 years of experience across investment management, capital markets, and institutional finance. Rahmila began her career in credit portfolio trading at JPMorgan, managing derivatives exposure across fixed income, credit, currencies, and commodities. She later served as Lead Portfolio Manager at Deutsche Asset Management/DWS, managing global bond and emerging-markets ’40 Act strategies and institutional mandates. Under her leadership, the DWS High Conviction Global Bond Fund outperformed nearly two-thirds of funds in the Morningstar World Bond category on a five-year basis in 2019. At QBE, Rahmila served as Senior Portfolio Manager for Enhanced Fixed Income, where she led the design and implementation of enhanced fixed-income strategies and oversaw global private credit, emerging-market debt, and high-yield credit. She previously managed the firm’s global securitized products portfolio. In 2024, she was one of two women selected globally from QBE Group Investments for the firm’s Global Women in Leadership Development Program.

Through Women Leading AI, Rahmila develops executive convenings, research, and applied education focused on how AI is reshaping portfolio management, capital allocation, and institutional decision making, and on the governance and human oversight required as these systems become more capable. She has convened institutional leaders at DLA Piper and UBS and panels featuring leaders from PwC, KPMG, and IBM.

She holds a BA from Columbia College and an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
