Sean Malone is a Senior Managing Director in the Structured Credit Group at KBRA, where he focuses on CLOs, CDOs, warehouse financing transactions, and related research.

Prior to joining KBRA, Sean worked for five years at S&P Global Ratings, where he held various roles within the Structured Credit Group. Most recently, he was an associate director and lead rating analyst for new issue CLO transactions. Sean’s responsibilities also included assisting in outreach activities to investors, collateral managers, and arrangers, as well as attending numerous industry conferences to help inform published articles and company research reports. Prior to S&P Global Ratings, Sean worked for five years at Barclays, where he held various roles within the Finance department.

Sean holds a B.S. with a dual major in finance and accounting from the New York University Stern School of Business. He is also a CFA charterholder.
