Shubham (“Shubz”) Chandna is a member of Barings Portfolio Finance focused on providing exposure to private markets with an investment grade solution. He was previously Portfolio Manager at MassMutual focused on originating, structuring, and executing private bespoke financings directly for the MassMutual general account. Prior to joining MassMutual, Shubz was an investment professional at A-CAP Management, investing in alternatives on behalf of insurance company clients. Previously, he was an investment banking professional at G2 Capital Advisors and an actuarial professional at Liberty Mutual Group. Shubz graduated with a BSc (Hons) Mathematics with Actuarial Science from the University of Southampton (UK). Shubham is a CFA® charter holder.
