Welcome to the Exhibition Manual for SuperReturn Asia 2026.
Here you will find the relevant information and forms to complete for the event. Please ensure you read each section carefully and meet the required deadlines.

Event Dates & Times
Exhibitors may not set up or tear down outside of the specified times without approval from Show Management.
Please note: these times below may change – you will be informed closer to the event if this is the case.

YOUR STAND
Exhibitors must not exceed their allocated space. Please be sure to check that your stand will fit within your 3m x 2m space. The Organisers reserve the right to move any items outside the boundaries of your allotted space. There is no storage space available so please ensure that all boxes are kept under the backwall provided.
The following are provided for all stands within your sponsorship package:
- Branded Backwall
- Branded Backwall artwork - please provide artwork by 4th September
- 1 high desk
- 2 high chairs
- Bin
- Power supply
ALL ADAPTERS & EXTENSION LEADS MUST BE PROVIDED BY EXHIBITORS. INFORMA CONNECT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THESE ON SITE.
Please be advised that you are responsible for ensuring that any equipment or materials brought by yourselves are covered by your own insurance. You should have public liability insurance to cover your attendance at the event.
Complimentary wireless internet will be provided for all exhibitors. If you require a fixed line connection, please contact the hotel directly - Jonathan.Sim@MarinaBaySands.com

Stand Graphics and Specification
You are required to provide artwork for your branded artwork by 4th September.
Dimensions as shown in the graphic: 3000mmL x 2200mmH
Alternatively, provide your brand pantone colours and logo for our designer to add your logo to the wall.
DEADLINES
- 100 word company profile & eps logo - by return
- Branded Backwall Artwork- by 4 September
- Pass registration - by 17 August
- Exhibitor declaration - by 1 September
- Hotel reservation - as soon as possible

Should you wish to order any AV/screens for your stand, please fill in this form. 28th August is the deadline for discounted rates. In the Remarks sections on the form please quote ‘SuperReturn Asia’

VENUE & DELIVERIES
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
You are responsible for:
- Booking your courier for both delivery AND collection
- All arrangements and payments with your chosen courier company
- Paying all customs charges (failure to do so may result in materials being refused)
Earliest Delivery Date: 25 September
Materials cannot be sent to the hotel before this date.
Labelling
Use the delivery label for ALL items. Items without correct labelling are likely to go missing.
Customs Documentation
- All goods must include proper customs documents
- Mark as "temporary exportation" to avoid unexpected taxes
- The hotel will NOT pay any taxes, duties, or underpaid charges

Collection Requirements
All items must be collected by 1 October. Items remaining after this date will be disposed of.
Collection Checklist:
✓ Book your courier in advance
✓ Clearly label all items with your company name and return address
✓ Ensure your collector brings documentation including:
- Quantity & description of items being collected
- Name of the event
- Date of collection
- Proof of collection
Remember: Collection is entirely your responsibility. Plan ahead to avoid losing your materials.
Remarks from Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre:
Handling charges includes the following services:
- Consignment processing
- Storage at the Mail & Package Centre up to 7 days
- Delivery to exhibition booths / meeting rooms
- Collection of bulky empty boxes for storage
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of 8% GST.
- All incoming consignments must be arranged under ‘Freight Prepaid’, and duties / GST / taxes must be borne by the shipper.
- Mail & Package Centre will not accept any consignments under ‘Freight Collect’ and in cases where the duties / GST / taxes are under recipient’s account.
- We will not accept any Cash-On-Delivery consignments on behalf of the Exhibitor/ Recipient.
- Storage charges will apply for consignments kept in the Centre.
- If consignments require special handling or special storage facilities, the Exhibitor / Recipient must communicate this request to the Centre prior to effecting shipment.
- The Centre will consider the request and try to accommodate wherever possible.
COMPULSORY HEALTH & SAFETY
As an exhibitor it is essential that you read the health and safety rules.
The declaration must be returned by 1 September so that SuperReturn are aware what you plan to do at this event.
YOUR LOGO AND PROFILE
If you have not already sent us your company profile please provide the following:
100 word company description plus website address.
Please submit your company profile to Idit Ginsberg by return.
Alternatively, please confirm to the same email address if the profile currently online is correct.
Please email your logo as an eps file to Idit Ginsberg by return.

BETTER STANDS
Through our commitment to the evolution of the exhibitions industry, we aim to ensure that we are delivering the best possible experience for our customers. We believe that by moving away from the use of disposable exhibition booth we will improve the ease, quality, safety and sustainability of the exhibitor experience at our events. Therefore, as part of event regulation we ask that exhibitors do not use disposable booth. Disposable booths are defined as space only stands made to be used only once which are usually constructed from raw materials at the venue during build up and the main structure is disposed of after the event. **We are specifying that any freebuild exhibitors must demonstrate evidence at both the design concept and build methodology that your stand’s core structural materials are re-useable or recycled

The use of one-time MDF panels or similar raw materials planned to be cutting to size onsite
The use of ‘other’ raw materials to construct core structural elements i.e. walls, archways, floor systems, counters, etc. that are not planned to be reused or recycled after use
Construction of any stand components from single use materials
Building from scratch onsite of any stand core elements
The use of incandescent light bulbs
The use of non-recycled carpet, vinyl flooring, other floor coverings.
REMOVAL OF GIVEAWAYS & VIRTUAL BOOTH
No Handouts Policy
- Exhibitors should not provide physical handouts at the event
- All exhibitors are asked to embrace this sustainability goal
Digital Alternatives
- SuperReturn will provide QR codes for exhibitor stands
- QR codes can be used for downloading materials (white papers, brochures) or sharing contact details
- SuperReturn's lead generation system available for tracking leads and notes
- Upload materials to virtual booth (build goes live TBC)
Branded Giveaways Requirements
- Must be sustainable in nature
- Should be fully recyclable or have longevity of use
- Must not contain single-use plastics
- Consider carbon footprint of items
- Order appropriate volumes to avoid waste
YOUR PASSES & LEAD GENERATION
You are entitled to a certain number of complimentary registration passes per your agreement. If you are unsure how many passes you have used or what comes with your package, please contact GF Support.
INCLUDED PASSES
The primary contact from each company will receive a unique activation link and details of how to create an account on our registration portal, Visit Connect, to register your complimentary passes for the event.
Speakers will automatically be registered, please do not use your allotments to register speakers.
The SuperReturn speaker co-ordinator will be contacting all speakers directly with further information about their participation.
ADDITIONAL PASSES
If you require additional passes, please contact Drew Powell who will be able to share a booking link.
LEAD SCANNING
SuperReturn are partnering with Visit Connect as the registration and lead retrieval tool for the event.
Visit Connect puts the success of the show firmly in the palm of your hand. Using their own smart device, exhibitors can verify, rate, prioritise, monitor, and respond to leads in real-time, from the show floor or remotely from a team member at your office.
Scan a visitor badge with Visit Connect immediately to:
•access contact data,
•add notes, voice memos and photos
•answer pre-set questions,
•set follow up instructions,
•even immediately contact the lead

Demand for rooms can be very high, so please book early to avoid disappointment. SuperReturn takes no responsibility for hotel reservations.
Informa Connect does not have a third party hotel booking agency representing this event aside from the above links. If you are contacted to book accommodation by any agency, this is not recommended as they are unknown to Informa Connect and the hotel.
