Alicia has over 10 years of experience in direct private equity investing and manager assessment. She supports the sourcing, diligence, and execution of private equity fund and co-investment opportunities across the US, Australia, and Europe. Prior to joining MLC, Alicia was a Private Equity Associate at AMERRA Capital Management in New York and began her career as an Investment Analyst at the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust. She holds a Master of International Affairs in International Finance and Economic Policy from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.
